Saint of the Day: When Saint Agatha rejected the advances of a Roman senator, he took his revenge by ordering her breasts to be cut off. She is often depicted in art carrying said breasts on a plate, and such depictions, by not always being quite clear about what's going on, have caused her to become the patron saint of bell-ringers. All ended happily, anyway, for Saint Peter appeared in her prison cell and restored the breasts with celestial ointment.

Further information

Nicholas Ralph's Numbers - Game 31: Imagine a pair of scales (one pan on each side). With five weights of different sizes, you can weigh any amount (in whole numbers) - on a pair of balancing scales - up to thirty-one (what are the weights? Think binary).
Lucky animal: The mighty hippo.
Unlucky food: Toast on beans. Stop arsing about, for heaven's sake.
The BSaD Interview: Throughout the 2004-05 Season BSaD are interviewing eminent ex-Hornets for the matchday programme. The Interviewee in Saturday's programme is Malcolm Allen.
