Saint of the day: Saint Ursus of Aosta, a Fourth Century Sicilian, is invoked against faintness. Maybe that's because of the strength he needed to stand up to the wrath of his pagan gangster father, who was less than happy to have a Christian in the family. Ursus had to flee to the north where he became a bishop and is credited with reviving the celebration of lots of saints' feast days.
